EROS + MASSACRE is an album that explores the downfall of the revolutionary left through words and sounds.
Using critical and theoretical texts by well-known writers, poets, anthropologists, filmmakers, journalists, academics and freedom fighters of the 20th century. Read by six women in four different languages accompanied by sonic landscapes generated by an electric wind instrument.
It is a journey in search for the abstract and the poetic, the morbid and the erotic, a field trip about theory and decision, anticipation and malfunction. A utopian nightmare where hope ends in bleak desperation.
